Salon Operations Manager

FaceRoom is currently hiring a Salon Operations Manager for a new ladies beauty salon opening in Business Bay, Dubai (Bay Avenue Mall).

We are looking for an experienced operations professional with solid UAE beauty industry experience to support the launch and day-to-day management of the salon and its team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and team performance
• Manage scheduling, staffing and operational workflows
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff training
• Monitor operational efficiency and team productivity
• Coordinate with management regarding reporting and business development
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, visa procedures and DED requirements
• Manage salon systems such as Fresha / Booksy / Zenoti
• Support the successful launch and operational setup of the new branch
