As Trainee in Sandoz Iberia, you will have a direct impact in providing the company with the best talent. This role is ideal for students who are currently enrolled in a Master’s program and can sign a collaboration agreement with their university or school, allowing you to combine academic learning with real‑world experience while contributing to the business.

Qualifications

• University education related to Sciences, Business Administration or similar.
• Currently studying a master’s degree related to the function you’ll be working on – this will be positively valued.
• Possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university or school (12 months).
• Native‑level Spanish (C2) mandatory.
• Fluent English (C1‑C2) required.
• Proficiency with Office 365 Suite tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.
