Sanitation Technician

Sanitation & Debris Removal Technicians perform property cleanouts, junk removal, and general site sanitation. This role is physical, fast-paced, and task-focused. Reliability and work ethic matter more than experience.
Key Responsibilities


Debris Removal

• Removal of junk, furniture, debris, and contents


• Bagging, lifting, loading, and hauling materials to trucks or dumpsters


• Light demolition (drywall, flooring, fixtures) when directed.


• Light disassembly of furniture or fixtures

Routine Office & Facility Cleaning

• Trash removal


• Vacuuming / sweeping


• Mopping with standard cleaners


• Pressure washing


• Wipe-down of desks, tables, counters, fixtures


• Restroom cleaning under normal use conditions


• Kitchen / breakroom cleaning


• Floor care


• Turnover cleaning between tenants or employees
