Opportunity Description

PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE 


We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer to design, development, and optimization of custom SAP applications. This role involves overseeing technical teams, ensuring best practices in ABAP development, and driving successful implementations and migrations within SAP S/4HANA environments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).

  • Develop ABAP objects required for integration: IDocs, ABAP proxies, custom APIs, OData services.

  • Evaluate new SAP integration capabilities such as RAP, CDS-based extractors, Event Mesh, and SAP Integration Suite.

  • Optimize system performance through code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

  • Work with BOOMI/Other middleware teams to align interface specifications.
