Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance to guarantee optimal uptime and performance.
• Map existing business processes and customize ERP functions to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and workflow.
• Manage relationships with external software vendors, consultants, and internal department heads to troubleshoot issues.
