- Review existing business processes and map them to SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions .
- Conduct workshops with business and functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements .

- Ensure all business scenarios and documentation are complete.
