Job Title: SAP CRM Technical Consultant (S/4HANA Service Exposure)

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP CRM Technical Consultant who has hands-on experience in CRM Web UI and is transitioning or has exposure to S/4HANA Service (L2O / Service Management).

Key Requirements

- 5–9 years of experience in SAP CRM Technical
- Strong expertise in:
- CRM Web UI (GENIL / BOL / Component Workbench)
- UI Enhancements & Custom Components
- ABAP (Reports, BADIs, Enhancements)
- Exposure to S/4HANA CRM / S4 Service / S4CM
- Experience in:
- Transaction Launcher, AET, UI Configuration
- Cross-component navigation / OCA
- Understanding of Service Business Process (L2O / Service Order) is a big plus
- At least 1 end-to-end implementation or strong support project
