Main Job Purpose:This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.Responsibilities include:Working with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional ConsultantsHandling of Incident and Change RequestFamiliar with SLAWorking with deadlinesCo-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with CustomersDelivery within budgetCandidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support/Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.
