Associate Manager | Talent Acquisition | Talent Strategist | Relationship Builder Responsibilities
Actively participating in various testing phases including UAT, contributing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance product quality. Worked with SAP FICO testing Being well-versed in all testing techniques and methodologies, applying them to ensure the highest quality of our products. Engaging in hands-on testing activities in addition to overseeing the QA team, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in sprint planning, scrum meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Maintaining strong communication and client relationship management to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions. Note: resource would need to work out of Montreal and might need to travel to Winnipeg on need basis only during UAT Senior level
