In this pivotal position, you will report to the Functional Application Architect and ensure compliant HCM and payroll operations. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to configure and enhance SAP HCM and Payroll within SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. Your efforts will directly impact payroll accuracy and efficiency across the organization.
