Must Have Skills :

6–8 years of experience in SAP HCM (HR).
Strong expertise in:
Personnel Administration (PA)
Organizational Management (OM)
Time Management (TM)
Payroll (India or other relevant region)
Experience in at least

1–2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations .
Good understanding of SAP HR integration with other modules.
Knowledge of HR processes, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.
