Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs – from process template definition to implementation
Participate in project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training and Hypercare
Participate in workshops with business to understand the business requirements, Solution Architecture and design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP
Participate in the implementation and customization of SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements
Work with the team to help in key user training, support to end-users on SAP IBP usage, best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Work with the team to provide technical issues resolution, maintain knowledge management repository and test suite optimization post go-live
