• Investigates and documents system discrepancies and ensures that appropriate fix and adjustments are made to avoid business impact. In-scope issues are production incidents for SAP Physical Distribution (Delivery Processing, Shipment Processing)
• Debugging of customized solution to get the root-cause. Code development for the bug fixes and remediation.
