- 2-6 years of experience in SAP Success Factor - LMS
- Certified in SuccessFactors LMS and compensation management module
- Hands on experience in SF implementation of LMS and compensation management module
- Create and configure Excel document to successfully import into LMS
- Upload and test courses to icontent and other content management system
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
- Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
