Position Overview

Reporting to the Urban Integrated Services Director, the Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager provides leadership, coordination, collaboration, and operation of the Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing Services.

The Manager plays an integral role in executing the strategic direction and day‑to‑day management of the Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing programs and services. The position guides and directs housing supervisors in program planning and scheduling of support workers, peacekeepers, custodial staff, and cooks, ensuring a safe, fair, and consistent working environment for all staff.

The Manager ensures all housing services meet health, safety, and capacity regulations. This is a full‑time temporary position until March 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or university‑level education.
