Scaffolder

Overview The scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling temporary elevated platforms. They will ensure safe access and provide support and load-bearing structures for other workers and materials at height.
Key Responsibilities Erecting & Dismantling: Assembling, altering, and disassembling metal or bamboo scaffolding based on approved designs, ensuring stable bases, mudsills, and proper bracing.
Safety & Compliance: Install vital fall protection systems, guard rails, and safety netting while strictly adhering to site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect all scaffold components for defects, damage, or wear and tear before assembly.
Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with construction managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure the scaffold meets the specific requirements of the active project.
