*Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
*Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via telephone and email
*Have strong written and verbal communication skills
*Meet Client requirements
*Report plant incidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
*Follow all company policies and procedures
*Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information including files and records
*Ensure the integrity of Import and Export documentation such as Bills of Lading and packing lists
*Ensure stationary supplies for office are readily available and replenish as necessary
*Have technological capabilities to use Logistics Software easily
*Update Excel logs
*Process Tank Wagon orders in MES and SAP
*Scale in and out Trucks as needed
*Create badges for employees as necessary
