The Behavior Technician / Behavioral Classroom Aide supports students with disabilities in a structured school environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident working with challenging behaviors and skilled in maintaining a calm, supportive presence during moments of escalation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide direct support to students with disabilities throughout the school day
+ Assist the classroom teacher with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional instruction
+ Implement individualized behavior plans and reinforcement strategies
+ Use de-escalation techniques to maintain safety and support student regulation
+ Document behaviors and communicate observations to school staff
+ Help create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
