Job Description
- Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
- To answer phone calls, manage visitors, take messages, respond to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are volumous)
- Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
- To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc.
- To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.
- To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
- To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including sick & injured pupils. To upscale case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
- To handle / support situation when pupils vomit, soiled their clothes.
