We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and academically strong Science ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Watford from January. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Teacher to begin their career in a supportive, high-performing and well-resourced Science department.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3–KS4, with opportunities to develop towards KS5 teaching as confidence and experience grow. You will be supported through a structured ECT induction programme, including reduced timetable, dedicated mentoring and regular CPD.
