- Deep expertise in ScienceLogic (SL1) platform architecture, administration, On prem set up and configuration.
- Strong understanding of monitoring protocols: SNMP, WMI, SSH, PowerShell, API, JDBC
- Proficiency in network, server (Windows, Linux, AIX), database (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), and application monitoring.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration, event management, and CMDB synchronization
