• Acts as a strategic partner and right hand to the Director of Commercial Training
• Works cross-functionally with Product Management (GPMs), regional sales teams, Marketing and Instructional Design
• This is not a Sales Trainer role - no coaching or training delivery responsibilities
• Operates at both a strategic level (frameworks, vision, KPIs) and in hands-on, time-sensitive execution

• Support the design and execution of the global sales training and enablement strategy
