Job Description:

• Performing protein-protein interaction studies using Surface Plasmon Resonance, Biolayer Interferometry and ELISA techniques.
• Good understanding in performing kinetic experiments for small and large molecules. Experience handling Biacore 8K is preferred.
• Good understanding in performing competition experiments, epitope binning and quantitation analysis using Biacore and Octet.
• Knowledge in developing ELISA based methods for large molecule bioanalysis.
• Actively involved in setting up new processes, innovation, and new platform development.
