Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering in-depth knowledge of SCM functionalities
- Implement all functional aspects of SCM system according to requirements specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the SCM system
- Conduct thorough testing and training
