Opportunity Description
Job Title: SCM IT Business Analyst / Product Owner with AS400/IBMi experience
Location: Pickering, ON, Canada – 4 days onsite per week
Duration: Long term
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related enterprise delivery roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience working with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Solid understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Experience with:
- Warehouse and shipping platforms such as Oracle TM, Techsys and ShipIT
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments
- ITIL v4 (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management)
