Scrum Leadership for ServiceNow

Become a key player at Ateko as a Scrum Master, focusing on ServiceNow projects from a remote location in Quebec. This role empowers you to drive productivity and client outcomes.
In this full-time position, you will work closely with Ateko’s PMO and delivery teams, ensuring that Agile practices are followed throughout large-scale ServiceNow implementations. Your role requires not only coaching but also facilitating pivotal Scrum ceremonies and fostering open communication among diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies
• Organize Scrum events such as stand-ups and reviews
• Promote effective discussions and decision-making
• Support transparent communication across teams
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Delivery Director on projects
Requirements:
• Must be in Quebec and fluent in French
