We’re looking for a strong, delivery-focused Senior Scrum Master to support complex technology squads and help drive efficient, predictable software delivery.
This is not a passive Scrum Master role. We need someone who can bring structure, remove blockers, run strong ceremonies, manage delivery flow and help squads move faster with better discipline.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple squads, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Support complex backlog management, ensuring stories are clear, complete and ready for delivery
- Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders to break down large epics into deliverable increments
