Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within our Capital Markets division.
- This is a unique player/coach opportunity for a seasoned professional who can both guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing our new Agile framework.
- The successful candidate will be instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across our organization.
