Pay: $51/hr
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall professional experience.
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a dedicated Agile delivery role.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement sessions, quarterly planning, and sprint reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across offshore and onshore teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, people-first approach.
