Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) and ensure they are effective and timeboxed.
- Remove team impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to keep B2C digital projects on track.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized, and actionable backlog.
- Track sprint progress, risks, and deliverables using Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field; 2–3 years Scrum Master experience.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus; familiarity with Jira and Confluence required.
