Scrum Master

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Scrum and SAFe frameworks, capable of fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and enabling high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Coach teams on Scrum principles and SAFe practices. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog. Track sprint progress and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.). Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity. Support Agile adoption across teams and departments. Requirements Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
