Scrum Master Specialist (Bogotá)

Purpose

The ScrumMaster is responsible for driving team effectiveness by identifying and removing impediments, supporting the team, and encouraging practices in accordance with agile principles.

The Scrum Master is empowered to introduce better ways to boost team productivity. They lead the team by embodying agile values, facilitating ceremonies, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and shared practices. The incumbent will be actively involved in the development and maintenance of a high-performing, self-organizing team.

Requirements

• Professional in computer engineering, business, information science, or another related field preferred
• 5 - 8 years of experience in IT (highly desirable).
• B2+ English level
• More than 3 years of experience in people management and/or leadership of large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects, preferably in an agile work environment (MUST).
