Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Sea freight operations for both import and export shipments.
- Manage export shipments: booking with carrier
- Manage import shipments: monitor arrival, arrange clearance, coordinate delivery, and follow up with customers.
- Prepare and send quotations to overseas agents and customers.
- Liaise with overseas agent, Carrier, transporter, warehouse, and customers for smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on arrivals, delays, or issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs requirements.
- Handle billing, job costing and data entry accurately.
- Experience in Sea freight import & export operations preferred.
- Knowledge of B/L, permits, customs clearance.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and handle fast-paced shipment requirement...
