Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain shipment details in CW1 and relevant internal/external systems accurately and on time.
- Prepare essential sea freight documents (e.g., Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, Cartage Advice).
- Report and communicate cargo incidents (e.g., short shipments, damage, misrouting) to customer service and relevant parties.
- Resolve billing disputes, respond to customer inquiries, and intercompany postings efficiently.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to discuss on the rate negotiation and space availability.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in customer service for exports/imports and document processing for ocean freight.
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong business insight and proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level).
