Responsibilities
- Sourcing of specialized crew (Officers, Ratings, Technical Crew for Offshore Vessels (AHTS, PSV, DP Vessels, Dredging))
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for offshore experience and technical competence (e.g. DP system knowledge)
- Verify all documents (CoC, STCW, Medical) meet international and specific Flag State / Client requirement
- Ensure crew holds specialized certificates like HUET, BOSIET, and other Offshore Certificates
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date seafarer profile in the crewing database
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Maritime
- Experience 2 to 3 relevant years
- Strong background of the Offshore / Oil & Gas / Marine Energy Sector an advantage
- Effective sourcing skills, network connections, negotiation skills
