Your objective: Ensure all customers leave our stores happy.

Your Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the checkout.
• Accurately handle cash, card, and electronic transactions.
• Manage exchanges, returns and refunds according to company policy.
• Actively promote loyalty program.
• Ensure the cash register area is clean, organized and welcoming.
• Contribute to the team's commercial dynamism by supporting colleagues on the sales floor when needed.
