Seasonal First Mate 28m SY

We are seeking a Mate to join a 28m SY based in Palma for the Mediterranean season, starting within the next 3 weeks. The role is open to two levels of candidate: either someone experienced enough to take charge onboard independently and potentially assist with deliveries throughout the Med, or a more junior sailor with solid sailing experience who can confidently manage the deck without close supervision.

This is a hands‑on role within a small crew, best suited to someone practical, proactive and comfortable working closely with owners in a relaxed private environment. The programme will run through until October, with potential for longer‑term opportunities for the right experienced candidate.

Candidates should already be based in Europe or the UK and available to join quickly. Couples will also be considered with a Stewardess.
