Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a proactive technical expert overseeing the full lifecycle of high‑value, complex subcontracts in compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations
- Determine appropriate solicitation strategies and contract types across a broad range of requirements, providing sound business and risk‑based recommendations
- Act as a trusted business advisor to task order and project teams, supporting strategic sourcing, technical collaboration, and informed decision‑making
- Conduct market research and analyze subcontractor and task order proposals, including negotiation of scope, schedule, pricing, and terms and conditions
