Section Head – Network Disaster Preparedness & Risk Reduction

Job Description

Lead the strategic planning and governance of network disaster preparedness and risk reduction initiatives. The role ensures identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that may impact network continuity.

Responsibilities

• Focus on risk modeling, preventive planning, and readiness enhancement across Core, Transport, Access, and Power & Infrastructure domains, aligning with NRRO strategy.
• Develop and govern NTG-wide disaster preparedness policies and risk reduction frameworks.
• Conduct network hazard and vulnerability assessments, identifying potential risks and recommending preventive measures.
• Oversee risk mitigation initiatives, including site hardening, redundancy planning, and preventive maintenance alignment.
• Maintain a network risk register and preparedness dashboards to inform NRRO leadership of risk posture.
