Sectional Title Portfolio Manager

One Connect Solutions is looking for a highly organised Sectional Title Portfolio Specialist to manage a portfolio of sectional title schemes in South Africa, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements while building strong relationships with trustees, owners, and service providers.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to property management. A relevant Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in sectional title management are preferred.
