Overview

General Function: On top of the standard sales account management & relationship building, the SME Department Head should be able to deliver the budget of SME Loans and manage standard sales activities such as DSAs/agents & branches presentation, orientation, solicitation of loan applications & accreditation renewals. Monitoring of accredited DSAs, turn-ins, approval & booking shall be managed as well. Planning and strategic sales management shall be observed at all times for the purpose of growing the business responsibly. It is crucial to develop strategies to be more competitive in the market and keep a healthy portfolio, including regular review of sales revenue and market share.
