Role Purpose

The Security & Business Continuity Partner safeguards personnel, assets, and operations across Philippine facilities—including warehouses, depots, offices, and transport operations. The role integrates physical security, loss prevention, incident response, and business continuity to ensure a secure and resilient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Provide S&BCM leadership across the sites/locations, local S&R communities, business leaders and customers (incl. KCMs).
• Conduct Security Gemba through regular Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) for warehouses, depots, and prospective sites.
• Roll out S&BCM standardization, management framework through the implementation of external regulations (TAPA, C-TPAT, IATA, AEO, etc.) to be implemented and adhered to, including the initiative for high‑value asset management.
