Security Control Room Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Security Control Room Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will monitor CCTV and security systems, coordinate incident response, and ensure the safety and security of our facilities 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and record any suspicious activity
• Operate and manage security control room systems and alarms
• Dispatch and coordinate field security personnel in response to incidents
• Maintain accurate logs of all security events and system activitiesConduct routine checks and maintenance tests on surveillance and alarm equipment
• Escalate critical incidents to management and external emergency services as required
• Ensure compliance with all local safety and security regulations
• Participate in shift handovers and brief incoming operators on ongoing incidents
