The Position
You will be responsible for the provision of effective and responsive security services across the site.Due to the nature of the work environment, you will be interacting with Clients, Residents, Visitors, Staff and Contractors on a daily basis.You will be a confident communicator and will be able to respond to queries in a professional manner. The role requires an ability to confidently become part of a team of skilled security professionals.Ensuring site integrity and safety, continuous patrols around the site to promote residential safety, monitor site for safety and security breaches.Performing site lockup and unlock as required by management.Inspection of site for damage, theft and/or vandalism.Compile the daily occurrence/incident log and conduct appropriate handover.
