You will support the company’s 24/7 identity authentication platforms and services, ensuring secure and efficient support of identity and access services.

On‑Call Requirements

• The role includes participation in an on‑call rotation covering weekends and country holidays, supporting our ‘follow the sun’ model across Cork, Kuala Lumpur, and the U.S. IAM teams.
• On‑call coverage is required from Saturday 5am – Sunday 5pm local time, with responsibility focused on resolving priority IAM requests.
