Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and manage the product development process.
• Create the feature sets, business stories, and user stories needed for the product.
• Consult relevant teams and stakeholders to produce the design and product specification document.
• Conduct research to identify cyber‑security and fraud solutions.
• Lead the vendor selection assessment process, including POC, RFI/RFP, and vendor discussions.
• Manage post‑launch activities such as post‑mortems, production issue resolution, demand backlog, sprint reviews, retrospectives, product operationalization, and benefits realization.
