Opportunity Description
As a Segment GTM Analyst, you will provide analytical and commercial support to the Segment GTM team, helping to identify growth opportunities, evaluate segment performance and measure the impact of acquisition/retention plays. Reporting to the Head of Segment GTM, this role turns data into actionable insights – enabling GTM leads to make informed decisions on pricing, targeting, offer performance and customer retention.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Commercial Analysis & Insights: analyse customer, revenue and margin data to identify trends, risk and opportunities across all segments
- Play Performance Measurement: track and evaluate the performance of GTM plays and campaigns – including ROI, conversion rates and retention uplift
