The Eggplant breeding department of Rijk Zwaan Ibérica develops tomato varieties for many different market segments worldwide. As a Selector Eggplant, based in Spain, you will be part of our Eggplant breeding team developing varieties for open field market segment. As Selector you will be working on new varieties, plant concepts and disease resistances, in close contact with the market they are intended for and in close cooperation with the sales team. You work alternatively in the greenhouse and the office. In addition, you are involved in:

• Various breeding tasks such as phenotyping, evaluation and administration of various selection and variety trials, both on location as abroad.
