Job Description

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain strong parcel compliance towards operational requirements, identifying potential problems with sellers in advance through data.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including pickup escalations, campaign coordination, SOP planning and growth initiatives.
• Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination.
• Manage complex relationships between multiple stakeholders, including sellers, operations, and marketplace platforms.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance and operational processes.
