Sellers Onboarding & Field Growth Specialist (KL)

1. Onboard targeted sellers to the platform through cold calling, WhatsApp follow‑up, and ambush seller visits.
2. Effectively persuade sellers to join the platform.
3. Identify, understand, and address sellers' needs and obstacles to facilitate onboarding.

Requirements

• Driven to achieve monthly targets; incentive‑based, with higher incentives earned for onboarding more sellers.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Willing to travel throughout Malaysia for field visits.
